Red Eye Roast Chai Latte
1 Chai Tea Bag
⅔ cup Milk (alternatives Soy Milk, Almond Milk and Non-dairy Creamer)
1 cup of Eight O’Clock Barista Blends Red Eye Roast
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Vanilla
½ tbsp Cinnamon
2 cinnamon sticks
1Brew 1 cup of Eight O’Clock Barista Red Eye Roast coffee.
2Fill a cup with milk to 2/3. Then, pour the milk from both cups into a small saucepan.
3Add the vanilla, honey, and cinnamon while whisking the milk constantly, and bring to a simmer.
4Once simmering, add the chai tea bags and continue to stir. At this time, the scent of chai should begin wafting through your kitchen.
5Once your milk is warm, remove it from the heat and froth it.
6Add your brewed coffee to the blend.
7Garnish cinnamon stick
8Grab your marker and cup, now you’re a certified barista!
