Red Eye Roast Chai Latte


1 Chai Tea Bag
⅔ cup Milk (alternatives Soy Milk, Almond Milk and Non-dairy Creamer)
1 cup of Eight O’Clock Barista Blends Red Eye Roast
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Vanilla
½ tbsp Cinnamon
2 cinnamon sticks


  • 1Brew 1 cup of Eight O’Clock Barista Red Eye Roast coffee.
  • 2Fill a cup with milk to 2/3. Then, pour the milk from both cups into a small saucepan.
  • 3Add the vanilla, honey, and cinnamon while whisking the milk constantly, and bring to a simmer.
  • 4Once simmering, add the chai tea bags and continue to stir. At this time, the scent of chai should begin wafting through your kitchen.
  • 5Once your milk is warm, remove it from the heat and froth it.
  • 6Add your brewed coffee to the blend.
  • 7Garnish cinnamon stick
  • 8Grab your marker and cup, now you’re a certified barista!
