HOMEMADE COLD BREW COFFEE
There are many brewing methods, so you should start by checking the instructions that came with your brewer.
Here are some general guidelines:
- Add 1 bag (11oz) of your favorite ground variety to 2 quarts of cold tap water.
- Mix well and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least 8 hours.
- Filter the mixture to remove coffee grinds.
- When you're ready to serve, pour in one part coffee concentrate and 2 parts milk (or cold water).
- Add sugar to taste.
